Oh long weekends just go by way to quick! Today the family managed to make a trip out to the lake for a BBQ with the parents. Instead of prepping the boat for summer my mother had another idea..... After lunch she announced to us that we were going to go see "The Goats". I no longer question my mother's announcements- last year she took us to visit with a fawn, I just grabbed my camera and jumped into the van with my nieces and son. "She has some really cute kids "was all we were told. That was a bit of an understatement! I've never seen so many small /newborn goats/kids in my life!!! Black and white, brown and white, shades of brown, curly, blue eyed, 2 day olds, one week olds etc.!!!!I could have photographed for days! Here are some of the more curious ones I was able to photograph as I gingerly walked around the pen, the, ummm, mess and the little one's mothers!
This is Bandit, You had to get through him to get at the goats..... (I don't think his eyes ever left me or the camera...)
